Do you take returns?

 

It is possible to return your order within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To start a return, or if you have any other questions, contact me via the button down below and we will take the next steps from there. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Help! My order is wrong/damaged. What do I do?

 

No worries, you can always contact me when the item is damaged, defective, or if you received something other than the order you placed. I will assess the situation and resend, refund or find another solution with you.

Refunds

When I've received and checked your return, I will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
